This policy explains what information A Plus Auto Performance and Maintenance Center ("A Plus Auto", "we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email Aplusautoperf@yahoo.com or call (321) 237-0989.
Information you send us
When you use a form on this site, we receive what you enter:
- Appointment requests: name, phone, optional email, vehicle year, make and model, the service you need, your preferred date and time of day, a description of the issue, and how you'd like us to reply.
- Estimate requests: the same contact and vehicle details, the repair you were quoted for, a description of the problem, and — if you choose — a photo or PDF of another shop's estimate.
- Questions: your name, contact details and message.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address and your consent to receive marketing emails.
Please don't include payment card numbers, account numbers or other sensitive financial information in forms or uploaded files.
How we use it
We use form information only to respond to your request: to contact you, discuss your vehicle, arrange an appointment or review an estimate. Agreeing to be contacted about a request does not sign you up for marketing emails.
If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your email to send maintenance tips, seasonal reminders and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link in an email or contacting us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Services that help run this site
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf, including uploaded files. Netlify may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.
- Google Maps displays the embedded map on some pages and provides directions links. Google may collect information when the map loads or when you use it, under Google's own privacy policy.
- Email marketing: if we connect a mailing-list service for the newsletter, we will name it here.
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The site itself does not set tracking cookies. It stores a small note in your browser's local storage to remember that you closed or answered the newsletter pop-up, so it doesn't keep appearing. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. Embedded Google services may set their own cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to respond to you and keep reasonable records of our work, then delete them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing Aplusautoperf@yahoo.com.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging vehicle service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the website or our services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
